On the evening of November 13, 2024, a grand event of elegance and taste was held at Phantom Creek Club. This is not only a feast for taste buds and hearing, but also an extraordinary experience of cultural exchange. We welcomed distinguished guests from the political and business circles of many countries such as the United Kingdom, France, the European Union, Romania, and the Huabus Forum. In addition, Mr. Zhang Shengfu, Chairman of Shanxi Lido Group, and his wife attended the event! The wine tasting feast at Phantom Creek Club was called "the ceiling of the wine tasting world" by the guests!

The event was co-hosted by Elsa Li, Executive Director of Phantom Creek Club, and Graham Blank, Vice President of Tom Lee Music! Mr. Mark Beringer, the winemaking director of Phantom Creek, told everyone about the winemaking process of the winery and the story behind it. His sharing gave the guests a deep understanding of the brewing process of each bottle of wine and the persistent pursuit of quality. Through his explanation, the guests seemed to be in the vineyard, feeling the touching story of the gift of nature and human wisdom integrated into a bottle of fine wine.

When wine meets music, when cultures of different ethnic groups meet here, when friendship and passion flow in the wine glass, Phantom Creek Winery becomes a place where emotions and art intersect. We taste the stories of cultures from all over the world with each glass of fine wine, and play the wonderful moments of gathering with each moving melody.

Here, every toast is a collision across cultures, and every laugh is a witness to celebrating diversity. During the dinner, guests tasted a variety of Phantom Creek's selected wines, each of which was paired with classic piano music, adding a strong artistic atmosphere to this wine tasting journey:

• 2017 Phantom Creek Sparkling Brut paired with Debussy’s Arabesque: the light melody complements the wine’s effervescence.

British Consul General in Vancouver Thomas Codrington said it was a beautiful place, with beautiful music and wine.

2022 Phantom Creek Small Lot Chardonnay paired with Mozart’s Turkish March: The lively rhythm perfectly echoes the structure and energy of Chardonnay.

Nicolas Baudouin, Consul General of France in Vancouver, was interviewed by Phoenix TV and spoke at the meeting: "I am very happy to be invited to participate in this wonderful event. The atmosphere is great, there are many interesting people, and there are great wine and food. This is a good opportunity to make new friends."

2020 Phantom Creek Organic Pinot Gris paired with Satie’s Gymnastics No. 1: Soft, soothing notes that echo the elegant character of this wine.

• 2019 Phantom Creek Becker Cuvée with Chopin’s Prelude in E Minor: A soulful and moving melody that perfectly captures the depth and complexity of the wine.

As one of the hosts of this event, Graham Blank, Vice President of Tom Lee Music Store, sang "The Moon Represents My Heart" and "Shanghai Bund" and amazed the audience!

Graham told Phoenix TV: “ This was a very interesting event with amazing wine, food and music. The event featured a five-course tasting, paired with Phantom Creek Winery’s finest wines and exquisite food. At the same time, I also provided live music performances on the Steinway piano for the event, which complemented the wine and food and brought a unique immersive experience to the guests.

Currently, I am tasting the "Becker Cuvée". Although I have been to the winery twice before, this is my first time trying this wine. It is amazing, very nice on the palate, a bit like Merlot. This is my favorite of the bunch so far.

I think this is a great event because wine should not be enjoyed in isolation but should be shared with food, music and people. I think this is the perfect event, thank you so much! "

Mr. Zhang and his wife, Mr. Bai, Mrs. Bai and Graham from Shanxi Lido Group performed together - The Moon Represents My Heart, warming everyone present!

There was also the versatile director Liu from Phoenix TV, whose enchanting singing added a touch of colour to the event!

• 2020 Phantom Creek Kobao Cabernet Franc with Rachmaninov’s Prelude in C-sharp Minor: A mysterious and emotional piece that showcases the earthy flavor of Cabernet Franc.

Alex Martyniak, Executive Chairman of the European Chamber of Commerce in Canada, was interviewed by Phoenix TV and spoke at the conference: "I think the red wines especially are beautiful, it is so well crafted amazingly very good wines, and I think they're going to put Canada on the map." I feel that the red wines are especially outstanding, really well made, and taste great. I think these wines will make Canada more famous around the world.

• 2020 Phantom Creek Cuvée with Beethoven’s Für Elise: A melody that is both familiar and profound, complementing the rich taste of this wine.

Mr. Adrian Neagu, Executive Chairman of the Romanian Chamber of Commerce in Canada, was interviewed by Phoenix TV and spoke at the meeting: "It is a great honor to be here at Phantom Creek for a wine tasting, this is a very select audience. The wines we tasted were all excellent and I enjoyed every drop. The overall level of the event was very high and full of elegance. The wines we tasted represented the most precious wines of Phantom Creek Winery. Without a doubt, I had the best time here."

As the banquet drew to a close, a special lucky draw session made the atmosphere even more lively. Several important guests personally drew out lucky guests, and the winners won Phantom Creek's selected award-winning red wine and Tom Lee Music gift cards, pushing the joyful atmosphere to a climax.
